Shipping Policy

Where we ship: We deliver across India.

Order processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: Orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after dispatch. Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

Shipping charges: Free shipping on all orders . Any charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: Once your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email or SMS. If you haven’t received it within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Delays: Delivery times are estimates. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, festivals or high order volume. We will do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect address: Please check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of this, we may ask for re-shipping charges to send it again.

Failed delivery: The courier will usually attempt delivery more than once. If you miss the deliveries and the parcel returns to us, contact us and we will arrange re-delivery or a refund (minus shipping costs).

Lost or damaged parcels: If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery (or after the expected delivery date, if lost) with your order number and photos or a short unboxing video. We will send a replacement or refund, as set out in our Refund Policy.
